Brown rice mixed with a variety of veg and flavoured with honey and balsamic vinigar
Ingredients:
50 g cooked brown rice
2 g mushrooms
2 g red pepper
2 g red onion
2 g peas
2 g dried apricot
2 g sweet potatoe
1 g vegitable oil
1 g honey
Directions:
1. Cook brown rice
2. Stir fry veg
3. Add honey and balsamic vinigar to veg
4. Mix in rice
