Perfect salad for lunch - filling but keeps you energized - high protein - very healthy. Ingredients:
1 head broccoli |
1 pkg tuna |
1 can chickpeas |
handful grape tomatoes |
half red onion |
olive oil |
lemon juice |
salt/pepper |
Directions:
1. Wash the broccoli & chop into bite size spears 2. Rinse chickpeas, drain tuna 3. Rinse tomatoes, chop in half 4. Slice red onion into small bits 5. Mix all ingredients together & then mix in olive oil & lemon juice to coat salad. 6. Add salt/pepper to taste. 7. Enjoy. |
