Healthy Broccoli Breakfast Quiche

Great breakfast food and just as good reheated!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup bisquick, heart smart mix
3/4 cup 2% milk
1 cup egg beaters
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp pepper
1 medium bell pepper
1 medium onion
20 oz chopped broccoli
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions:
1. Thaw and drain broccoli. Chop onion and bell pepper. Layer 1/2 of the broccoli, onion, and bell pepper in a long casserole dish. Sprinkle all of the cheese. Repeat vegetable layers. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over veggies. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into 6 equal portions for serving.
