Ingredients:
4 cup(s) oatmeal |
1 box(es) all bran cereal-original |
2 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
3 tablespoon(s) cinnamon |
1/5 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
1 can(s) pumpkin |
6 eggs beaten |
1 cup(s) almond milk |
1 cup(s) craisins |
1 cup(s) raisins |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, almond milk and All-Bran in a mixing bowl and let stand until cereal softens - about 15 min. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Dough will be very sticky. Drop by ice-cream scoop onto greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. These freeze well. |
