This a my staple for most days....I start the day off with this mix of cereals and grains and i do not feel hungry at all until lunch time. It also gives me plenty of energy during the whole morning. You can vary things if these ingredients are not so easy to source in your area, but this is what works for me. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon granola cereal (i use organic no sugar museli) |
1 tablespoon quinoa |
1 tablespoon soya granules (toasted flakes, nuy in health stores usually) |
1/2 tablespoon goji berry |
1 tablespoon hemp seeds (hulled) |
1 tablespoon seeds (i blitz, sunflower, pumpkin, soya, seseame & flax together and store in an air tight container and k) |
1 banana |
1/4 cup soya milk (the brand i use has extra calcium) |
Directions:
1. - Just add all of the above into a bowl and voila - Bonne Appetite! |
