These low fat bran muffins are moist and great for breakfast or a light snack. Ingredients:
2 cups all-bran cereal |
1 1/4 cups milk |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup honey |
1/4 cup applesauce |
1 1/4 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit. 2. Combine the cereal and the milk in a bowl and let stand for 2 minutes. 3. Add all other ingredients and stir minimally. 4. Pour batter into greased muffin pan. 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. |
