These low fat bran muffins are moist and great for breakfast or a light snack.
Ingredients:
2 cups all-bran cereal
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup applesauce
1 1/4 cups flour
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
2. Combine the cereal and the milk in a bowl and let stand for 2 minutes.
3. Add all other ingredients and stir minimally.
4. Pour batter into greased muffin pan.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
