I just tried something different today. It is easy with biscuits to be creative and they always turn out nice. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
3 -5 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
3 teaspoons sesame seeds |
3 teaspoons flax seeds |
3 -5 teaspoons molasses |
3 tablespoons oil |
butter or margarine |
2/3 cup milk |
1 egg |
1 cup whole grain breakfast cereal, with almond |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients,. 2. roll into small balls and flaten them a little,. 3. place on greased cookiesheet. 4. Bake 450F for 12 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown. |
