I just tried something different today. It is easy with biscuits to be creative and they always turn out nice.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 -5 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 teaspoons sesame seeds
3 teaspoons flax seeds
3 -5 teaspoons molasses
3 tablespoons oil
butter or margarine
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup whole grain breakfast cereal, with almond
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients,.
2. roll into small balls and flaten them a little,.
3. place on greased cookiesheet.
4. Bake 450F for 12 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown.
