Ingredients:
15 ounces kidney beans
15 ounces chickpeas
3/4 cup fat-free italian salad dressing
5 chopped baby carrots
1/2 diced onion
1 minced garlic clove
2 diced celery ribs
5 chopped romaine lettuce leaves
12 ounces tuna in water
2 small chopped tomatoes
Directions:
1. place every thing in a bowl.
