Healthy Basic Bread for Bread Machine

My favorite bread. I use it to accompany dinner, sandwiches, french toast, etc. Freezes well.
Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Directions:
1. Put items in your bread machine in order specified by your manual.
2. Use the Basic, 1.5 lb, light crust options.
3. You can substitute an extra 1/2 cup of bread flour for the wheat germ and flax seed if you like.
