This is so very yummy. I orginally found it on . This is an excellent pre- or post-workout meal. Enjoy :) Ingredients:
1 whole wheat tortilla |
1/2 cup granola cereal |
1 tablespoon peanut butter |
1/2 banana |
Directions:
1. Spread peanut butter over whole wheat tortilla. 2. Sprinkle granola on top. 3. Slice banana lengthwise and place in tortilla. 4. Roll up tortilla and enjoy! |
