1 cup whole wheat flour |
3/4 cup oats |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 egg |
1 1/3 cups milk |
1 cup mashed banana |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
Directions:
1. Mix flour through spice in a bowl. 2. Blend remaining ingredients in a blender. 3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, just until moistened. 4. Adjust consistency, as preferred. 5. Cook as you would normal pancakes. |
