I healthy version of the beloved banana chocolate milkshake. The frozen banana gives the shake it's ice cream like consistency and flavor! I like to add a stevia packet for a bit of all natural, no calorie sweetness. :) I even like to drink this for breakfast Ingredients:
1 frozen banana |
1 cup milk (i used soy) |
1 tablespoon natural cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy! |
