Banana bread made with healthy alternative ingredients. Soft, ripe bananas work best. Ingredients:
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1 tablespoon oil (canola) |
4 mashed bananas |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients seperatly and then stir together. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
