this healthy banana bread is my creation. i use oil instead of butter to decrease the fat and i substitute some of flour for oats. my family loves this bread. also, i use stevia sweetener instead of regular white sugar. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
2 bananas |
8 ounces baby carrots |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup quick oats |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 1/4 ounces walnuts |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2/3 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. mix the wet ingredients in a blender. 2. mix the dry ingredients by hand. 3. now miz the wet and dry ingredients BY HAND. 4. bake at 375 F for 75 minutes. |
