I have modified an older recipe to make it a little healthier Ingredients:
3 eggs |
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 cups oatmeal |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 apple, diced |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Place in 9x13 greased baking pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes. |
