Healthy Baked Banana Chips

This recipe, from Dole, makes a really great and really healthy snack. These chips are tasty on their own, or you can add them to granola or a snack mix.
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions:
1. Cut bananas into thin slices.
2. Coat slices in lemon juice.
3. Bake banana slices on a greased pan in a 200 degree oven, turning every half hour and watching out for burning. Remove when they are crispy, cool, and store in an airtight container.
