A quick recipe with simple ingredients. An easy way to change up your dieting menu. Ingredients:
1/2 cup jarred artichoke heart |
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms |
2 -3 garlic cloves |
1 medium tomato |
2 -3 tablespoons chicken broth or 2 -3 tablespoons white wine |
3 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts (grilled or baked) |
Directions:
1. Mince garlic cloves & dice tomato. 2. Sautee artichoke hearts with mushrooms, tomato, garlic and wine or broth until heated through. 3. Pour hot mixture over the cooked chicken breast. |
