1/2 cup(s) apple cider
3 cup(s) mixed greens
1 can(s) tuna
1 tablespoon(s) sunflower seeds without shells
Directions:
1. put the red apple chunks, mixed greens, and tuna in a bown. mix in apple cider. add sunflower seeds on top for a crunch and an add-on.
