These are super moist delicious healthy muffins my son loves them. I use frozen apples. Ingredients:
2 cups apples, diced |
1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1 egg |
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup white flour |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup nuts (optional) |
1/2 cup raisins (optional) |
Directions:
1. Toss apple with Splenda set aside. 2. Whisk egg, applesauce, & vanilla. 3. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. 4. Add apple mixture. Mix well. 5. Pour into 12 greased muffin tins. 6. Batke at 325 for 25-30 minutes. |
