I found this apple crisp on a recipe card in my house. It's surprisingly low fat, and tastes great with nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt! And if you want the crumble top to be a little more moist, just add some more Promise Light spread. Ingredients:
6 macintosh apples medium |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 cup rolled oats |
1/3 cup light brown sugar |
1/4 cup all purpose flour |
1/4 tsp nutmeg |
1 1/2 tbsp promise light |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 F 2. Spray an 8 x 8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray 3. Slice and core the apples, then layer the apples in the baking pan 4. Add all of the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and crumble over the apples 5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the apples are tender |
