Who says healthy has to taste like cardboard?
Ingredients:
3 slices turkey bacon
2 slices tomatoes
2 slices arnold hearty classics healthy multi-grain bread
1/2 teaspoon hellman's light mayonnaise
1/4 cup green giant spring greens
1 slice red onion (optional)
Directions:
1. While bacon is frying, toast bread and slice tomato.
2. Spread mayo on bread, top with lettuce, tomato and bacon strips.
3. Enjoy while it's still warm.
