This dish is a healthy spin on the classical spanish albondigas soup. It is easy to make and not an expensive choice. Ingredients:
turkey meatballs |
1 can veggie stock |
1 can beef stock |
1 cube bullion garlic |
1 cube bullion cilantro |
1 diced carrot |
1 diced celery stock |
1/4 diced white onion |
1 can diced tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Dump meatballs in crockpot first 2. The toss in differnet bullion cube 3. Next throw in carrots, onions 4. Pour tomatoes over that 5. Finally add the 2 different cans of stock 6. Put lid on- cook on low for 4-6 hours 7. turn off let set 15-20 mins. 8. Serve warm 9. Enjoy! |
