Healthmaster Breakfast Smoothie |

An easy to prepare breakfast smoothie loaded with vitamins and fiber and low in calories. My husband and I have it every morning and it tides us over until lunch nicely. Ingredients:
2 cups cold water |
1 apple |
2 carrots |
1 kiwi |
1 frozen banana |
2 cups spinach |
2 stalks celery |
1 large tomato |
1/2 cucumber |
1/2 sweet red pepper |
Directions:
1. Add ingredients one or two at a time, beginning with the water, to a HealthMaster or other high powered blender. Blend until smooth. May add two scoops of a protein powder if desired. 2. There is no need to peel or core any of the vegatables, with the exception of the sweet red pepper. I don't even peel the kiwi. |
