This is so a much healthier version of tzatziki from The Skinny Kitchen. Ingredients:
•4 tablespoons whipped cream cheese or reduced-fat cream cheese |
•10 ounces 2% fage greek yogurt |
•2 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
•2 teaspoons dried chives |
•3 cloves garlic, minced |
•1 tablespoon chopped onion |
serve with crisp, lowfat crackers or crudite |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and blend well with a spoon. 2. .Refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight, allowing flavors to marry. Serve with crudite or crisp, lowfat crackers.. |
