This recipe is from Oxygen magazine. Simple Seafood Alfredo without all of the fat. Ingredients:
3 cups of uncooked brown rice |
6 cups fat-free chicken broth |
1/2 lb cooked shrimp |
1/2 lb cooked scallops |
1 cup fat free ranch dressing |
chopped broccoli, as desired |
Directions:
1. Boil rice in fat-free chicken broth according to package instructions. Stir in other ingredients and serve. |
