Just trying to get it a little healthier! Ingredients:
9 cups rice chex |
1 cup dark chocolate chips |
1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter |
1/4 cup smart balance butter spread |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Measure out cereal in large bowl and set aside. Microwave chocolate, peanut butter and butter on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave again for 30 seconds or until stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal. Stir until evenly coated. Pour into 2 gallon resealable food-storage bag. Add powdered sugar and shake unitl fully coated. Cool on waxed paper and store in air tight container. |
