Just trying to get it a little healthier!
Ingredients:
9 cups rice chex
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
1/4 cup smart balance butter spread
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Measure out cereal in large bowl and set aside. Microwave chocolate, peanut butter and butter on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave again for 30 seconds or until stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal. Stir until evenly coated. Pour into 2 gallon resealable food-storage bag. Add powdered sugar and shake unitl fully coated. Cool on waxed paper and store in air tight container.
