Has oats and coconut; tastes great with cherry filling. Ingredients:
3/4 cup quick cooking oats |
3/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup shredded coconut |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons ice water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). 2. In a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour, and coconut. Stir in oil and water. Press dough into a 9 inch pie pan. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes, until lightly browned. |
