Ingredients:
1/8 c soy sauce
1/4 c orange juice
2 t ground ginger
1/2 c orange rind
2 t cornstarch
3/4 lb steak, sliced in thin strips
1 medium onion, sliced in thin wedges
2 c broccoli florets
1 t sesame oil
1 1/2 c water(to make beef broth w/no sodium stock)
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients and pour over steak
2. Marinate at least 30 min
3. Drain and reserve marinade from meat, heat oil in skillet.
4. Stir fry meat till browned remove from skillet
5. Stir fry broccoli and onion till crisp tender
6. Add meat,marinade,and the beef stock-cook till thickened
7. Serve over brown rice or rice noodles (add to count)
