A healthier version of a traditional meatloaf Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
14 ounces tomatoes and green chilies |
1/2 cup oat bran |
1/2 cup flax seed |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix thoroughly. 2. Place in greased loaf pan. 3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
