i took a family favorite oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe made a few modifications to increase the health benefits.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 banana
1 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
90 g soy protein powder
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
2 1/4 cups oatmeal
Directions:
1. Mix wet ingredients and sugar, then add dry, except oatmeal. Add oatmeal last. Spoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 degree F for 10 minutes.
