i took a family favorite oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe made a few modifications to increase the health benefits. Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine |
1/4 cup white sugar |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
3 eggs |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 banana |
1 cup white flour |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup chocolate chips |
90 g soy protein powder |
1/4 cup ground flax seeds |
2 1/4 cups oatmeal |
Directions:
1. Mix wet ingredients and sugar, then add dry, except oatmeal. Add oatmeal last. Spoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 degree F for 10 minutes. |
