Healthier Caesar Salade Dressing |

I love cesar salde, but I hate how the sauce is made with rich oils and egg yellows that are full of cholesterol. You don't need to be a health nut or on a diet to enjoy this salade dressing. Afther many recipes I found one that was to my tast and was a heart friendlier option! I hope you all enjoy! Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil (use a very mild tasting oil the flavor is much better ) |
1/2 cup light mayonnaise, you'll see with the consistancy of the sauce ((or more) |
3/4 teaspoon finely chopped garlic, if you like a strong garlic flavor ((or more) |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1 pinch parsley |
salt and pepper, to tast |
Directions:
1. Poor oil into a bol add in the mayonaise, mix well, it should be thick if it's too oily still add more mayonaise. 2. add in next 5 ingredients 3. let set in the fridge for a cupple of hours ( 24 hours is best ) 4. then serve, and enjoy ! |
