I love butter and edited another recipe I saw to make a few less calories and a bit healthier with the olive oil Ingredients:
1 cup light olive oil |
1 cup buttermilk |
1 lb butter |
Directions:
1. Whip softened butter with olive oil and gradually add in buttermilk. Store in fridge. |
