I love butter and edited another recipe I saw to make a few less calories and a bit healthier with the olive oil
Ingredients:
1 cup light olive oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 lb butter
Directions:
1. Whip softened butter with olive oil and gradually add in buttermilk. Store in fridge.
