Easy, quick and very tasty. Low fat and suitable for the lactose intolerant Ingredients:
1 cup self raising flour |
1 cup soft brown sugar |
1 cup wheat germ |
1 cup sultana |
1 cup water or 1 cup milk or 1 cup juice |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together (including sultanas) Add liquid, mix until combined Pour into 2lb loaf tin Bake in moderate oven 1 hr or until browned on top. |
