Ingredients:
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup soft brown sugar
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup sultana
1 cup water or 1 cup milk or 1 cup juice
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together (including sultanas) Add liquid, mix until combined Pour into 2lb loaf tin Bake in moderate oven 1 hr or until browned on top.
