These are great cookies to make with kids since they don't have to be baked. I'm not sure how healthy these are, but they are a nice snack. Ingredients:
3/4 cup natural peanut butter |
3/4 cup honey |
1/2 cup granola |
1/2 cup crisp rice cereal |
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 cup shredded coconut |
Directions:
1. Heat honey and peanut butter together over low heat until creamy. Remove from heat and cool. 2. Mix the rest of the ingredients into the honey/peanut butter mixture, except coconut. Shape into balls. Roll in coconut and refrigerate or eat right away. |
