Head Fish Ginger Soup

This soup is quite spicy and delicious. Good for headache and dieting ^-^!! Hope you love it.
Ingredients:
1 fresh carp head (fresh required)
1kg chinese cabbage/ bok choy
1 ginger
2 small chillies
2 celery, coriander leaves/cilantro
1.8 liter boiled water
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of chicken gourmet powder
Directions:
1. Wash all ingredients, cut ginger into small pieces and cook it with oil until the gingers are golden, afterward add Fish head into the wok.
2. Add the fish head, ginger, small chillies and oil into the boiling water,. Wait for another 50 minutes. After that, add the bak choy into the boiling soup wait 15 minutes again.
3. Then add celery, salt, chicken gourmet powder (turn off the heat), before serving add coriander (this is optional).
