This recipe comes from a vendor at our local farmers' market, and it's wonderful! Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas |
2 tablespoons chickpea liquid |
1/2 cup hazelnut meal (flour or ground roasted hazelnuts) |
1/8 cup lemon juice |
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/2 tablespoon garlic |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
