Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon(s) course salt |
1/2 cup(s) roasted hazelnut meal |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1 stick(s) unsalted butter, softened |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Beat butter and sugar with a mixer on medium speed until pale and fluffy. 3. Add flour, hazelnut meal and salt. Beat until dough forms. 4. Roll dough into 25 one inch balls, transfer to baking sheet/s. 5. Press balls with fork to flatten. 6. Bake until edges are golden, 12 to 15 minutes. 7. Let cool on sheets set on wire racks. 8. Refrigerate up to one day. Freeze dough up to 3 months. Thaw before cooking. |
