Hazelnuts, lemon, and rosemary are a delightful complement to salmon in this easy recipe. Ingredients:
cooking spray |
4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon |
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Place salmon on prepared baking sheet. Whisk mayonnaise and lemon juice together in a bowl until smooth; spread mixture onto salmon. Sprinkle each fillet with rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Top each piece with hazelnuts. 3. Bake in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes. |
