No soymilk in the house and the cold weather had me hankering for a steaming hot cup of cocoa. Decided to improvise and loved the results. More an idea than a recipe, feel free to modify it to suit your personal tastes. As presented, this is 0 WW points for one serving and 1/2 point for two - so go ahead and make a second cup. :D Ingredients:
1 tablespoon fat-free hazelnut-flavored nondairy liquid coffee creamer |
2 teaspoons cocoa |
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute, for baking (i use another product not in the zaar database) |
1 dash cinnamon |
1 cup boiling water |
Directions:
1. Mix the liquid creamer,, cinnamon and cocoa together in a mug. Add about two or three tablespoons of boiling water and mix to get out any lumps. Add the remaining cup of water. 2. Adjust sweetness with Splenda to taste. 3. Enjoy! |
