The Bread Machine Cookbook Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water
3 tablespoons hazelnut oil or 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 cup dried apricot, chopped
1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the apricots and hazelnuts during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading.
