The Bread Machine Cookbook Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water |
3 tablespoons hazelnut oil or 3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
3/4 cup oatmeal |
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour |
2 cups bread flour |
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
1/2 cup dried apricot, chopped |
1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the apricots and hazelnuts during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading. |
