DefinNUTly for those that love hazelnuts. Ingredients:
1 cup hazelnuts (grounded in-blender to a coarse flour) |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
2 tablespoons baking powder |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled) |
1 cup milk, warm |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup apple, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F Combine hazelnuts, flour, baking powder and sugar. Add eggs, butter, milk, vanilla, salt and apples. Let stand 10 minutes. Fill greased muffin pan with the batter. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. |
