HAZELNUT BRIE AND APPLE APPETIZER This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Byrd Estate in Cedar Hill, Texas in 1993. Ingredients:
1 cup roasted and chopped hazelnuts |
4 ounces cream cheese softened |
8 ounces brie cheese softened |
1 tart apple grated |
Directions:
1. Blend cheeses well then add hazelnuts and apple.
2. Blend well and spread on toast or crackers.
