A simple variation on pesto. Use wherever you would use regular pesto. Ingredients:
30 g hazelnuts |
8 sprigs fresh dill |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine everything in a processor and blitz until coarse. |
