Hazelnut and Arugula Pesto |

Pesto with a twist!! Eat it with some nice bread, scones or whatever you like. Ingredients:
100 g arugula |
100 g hazelnuts |
3 garlic cloves |
100 g pecorino cheese, grated |
1 cup olive oil |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Wash the arugula. 2. Peel garlic cloves and leave them whole. 3. Toast the hazelnuts for a few minutes. 4. Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend well. 5. Season to taste. |
