From Nancy's sister's cookbook Ingredients:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 cup butterscotch chips |
8 ounces salted peanuts |
5 ounces chow main noodles |
Directions:
1. Melt butterscotch and chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Stir until smooth. 2. Pour in peanuts and noodles and stir until well coated. 3. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper or silpat. 4. Let stand until cool. |
