This is a recipe that I got from my dad. I am really just posting it to get the nutritional info per serving. Ingredients:
2/3 cup peanut butter |
2/3 cup honey |
2/3 cup cold water |
1 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup flour |
2/3 cup quick oats |
4 cups flaked coconut |
1 cup chopped nuts |
2 cups chopped dates |
Directions:
1. Mix together the first four ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together. Use a tablespoon to form balls and press together lightly. Place cookies onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. |
