Low calorie**low fat**low sodium** 1/2 C chicken broth made with no sodium stock adds 20 calories*divided by 6 = 3.33 per serving**brown rice adds 115 cal per serving Ingredients:
11 oz chicken breast, cubed |
1 t olive oil |
1 medium onion, sliced |
1 med red bell pepper,sliced |
1/2 c brown sugar |
1 t ketchup |
1 t soy sauce |
2 t cornstarch |
8 oz pineapple |
Directions:
1. chop vegetables 2. stir fry chicken till no longer pink 3. add veggies, stir fry till crisp tender 4. bring 1/2 c water to boil add 1 tsp chicken stock(no sodium) 5. remove from heat and add remaining ingredients,mix well 6. add sauce to stir fry skillet and heat till thickened 7. serve with brown rice |
