Hawaiian Teriyaki Marinade |

Our family's favorite marinade for beef, chicken, or pork. Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup vegetable oil (i use canola) |
1/4 cup soy sauce (i prefer the light soy) |
1/4 cup dry sherry |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
2 tablespoons molasses |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Marinate meat of your choice for several hours. Our favorite is steak tips which we marinate for at least 6-8 hours, but I prefer to marinate it over-night. |
