Delicious recipe for hamburgers, fried or grilled these are awsome! Great on a bun or with rice.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
1 egg
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Form into patties.
3. Grill or fry for around 15 min or until done to your likeness.
