I love this bread, it's so good and so light. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice |
1 egg |
1/3 cup milk |
4 tbs. butter or margarine |
1 tsp. vanilla or coconut extract. (i use coconut) |
1/3 tsp. ground ginger |
1 tsp. salt |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/2 cup potato flakes |
3-1/2 cups bread flour |
1-1/2 tsp. yeast |
Directions:
1. For those with a bread machine......... 2. Put in bread machine, select dough cycle. After machine is finished, 3. pinch off small amounts of dough and form into rolls. Let rise for 4. about an hour. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. |
